Email is the only way we take support, and it is a real inbox — a person reads it and replies, usually within one working day.
The most common reason to write is a download link that has not arrived. Before you do: check your spam folder, because automated delivery emails land there more often than anyone would like. If it is genuinely missing, send us the email address you paid with and we will resend it by hand.
We do not run a phone line or a WhatsApp channel. One person answers this inbox properly rather than three channels badly.
