Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. Please read this before you buy, because completing a purchase means you accept it.

Why

The Comeback is a digital product. The complete 122-page file is delivered to you in full, automatically, within moments of your payment clearing. There is no partial delivery, no trial period and nothing to return. Once the file has been downloaded it cannot be un-downloaded, and a refund would mean returning the entire product while keeping the entire product.

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, digital content supplied immediately and in full with the buyer's express consent is not subject to a mandatory return window. We rely on that — and in exchange, we try hard to make buying an informed decision rather than a hopeful one.

What we do instead of refunds

Because you cannot return it, we publish everything you would need in order to change your mind before you pay:

  • The complete contents page — all 28 chapters and all nine toolkit instruments, listed chapter by chapter.
  • The full technical specification — file type, size, page count, field count, and exactly which apps it works in on Android, iPhone and a laptop.
  • An honest list of who this product is not for, and a plain statement of what it cannot do.
  • The price, the comparison and the reasoning behind the number.

If any of that gives you doubt, please do not buy. We would rather not have the sale than have the argument.

When we will always put it right

A no-refund policy is not a licence to deliver badly. Write to us and we will fix the following at no cost to you:

  • Your download link never arrived. Check your spam folder first, then send us the email address you paid with and we will resend it by hand.
  • The link has expired or will not work. We will issue a fresh one.
  • The file is corrupt or will not open in a standard PDF reader. We will replace it.
  • You were charged twice for the same order. We will refund the duplicate charge in full.
  • You were charged but no order was created. This happens occasionally when a payment succeeds and the connection drops before the order is written. Once we have confirmed with our payment gateway that the amount was captured and that no order exists against it, we will complete your order and send you the file. If for any reason we cannot deliver it, we will refund the payment in full.

These are delivery failures, not changes of mind, and they are our responsibility.

Each of the situations above is checked against our payment gateway records and download logs before we act. That usually takes a few minutes, and it is part of how we keep the price where it is.

What is not covered

  • Changing your mind after downloading.
  • Not having had time to use it.
  • Not achieving a particular outcome. This product does not promise a job, an interview or a salary, and says so plainly in its own opening pages and throughout this store.
  • Buying it for someone who turned out not to want it.
  • Being unable to open the file because a free, forms-capable PDF reader has not been installed. We will gladly help you set one up.

Chargebacks

Download activity is logged against each order. If something has gone wrong, writing to us will always be faster than raising a dispute — and we would much rather hear from you directly.
